About the role
Join the team at Peppers Blue on Blue Resort on Magnetic Island as a Food & Beverage Attendant. You will be the first point of contact for guests, guiding them through the resort’s dining experiences and ensuring every meal feels memorable.
Key responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and turn each guest interaction into a lasting memory.
- Provide personalised food and beverage recommendations across the Boardwalk Restaurant & Bar and at events.
- Upsell thoughtfully to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain and set up service areas with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Proven customer‑service experience in hospitality.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Valid RSA (or equivalent) certification for the relevant jurisdiction.
- Passion for engaging with guests and working within a diverse team.
Required skills
- Food & beverage service protocols, including table service and event service.
- Knowledge of beverage menus and coffee‑crafting techniques.
- RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
