Food and Beverage Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Attendant to be the welcoming face of our new restaurant and to help make our food and beverage outlets the heart and soul of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve both in‑house and external guests with consistent, high‑quality service.
• Promote the restaurant actively and contribute ideas to drive revenue.
• Run breakfast, lunch and dinner service, including conference and event catering as required.
• Maintain hygiene standards for food handling, presentation and workplace safety.
• Identify hazards and support general WHS practices.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and customer‑focused with a flair for hospitality.
• Team player who can bring new ideas and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
• Awareness of health, safety and hygiene regulations.
