eLearning Engagement & IT Support Officer

About the role

The eLearning Engagement & IT Support Officer will join Acknowledge Education’s national eLearning team, providing frontline technical assistance to academic staff and students. Based in Melbourne CBD, you will ensure that learning platforms, classroom systems and student management tools operate smoothly, creating an engaging digital learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver real‑time support for Moodle, RTO Manager and classroom technologies.
• Assist students with access to the LMS, online tools and digital resources.
• Manage support tickets via Jira, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation.
• Set up Moodle courses for each teaching period, including material uploads, assessment configuration and gradebook settings.
• Maintain student records in RTO Manager and support enrolment‑related activities.
• Troubleshoot issues across LMS, SMS and classroom hardware to minimise disruption.
• Facilitate staff development workshops and training sessions in collaboration with the eLearning team.
• Collect feedback on digital learning challenges and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
