About the role
The Desktop Support Analyst will deliver end‑to‑end endpoint and workplace technology support across corporate and retail environments. This hands‑on, customer‑facing position ensures reliable, secure IT services for staff throughout the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, operating systems and software.
- Provision, configure and manage endpoint devices throughout their lifecycle.
- Support collaboration tools, including telephony, video‑conferencing and meeting‑room systems.
- Administer user accounts, access rights and permissions across directory and cloud identity platforms.
- Manage service requests and incidents using the ITSM platform.
- Perform endpoint security, patching and compliance activities.
Required profile
- Experience supporting endpoint devices in a corporate setting.
- Knowledge of endpoint management and deployment technologies.
- Familiarity with directory services and cloud‑based identity platforms.
- Experience with ITSM tools and service‑request workflows.
- Understanding of OS deployment, patching and application packaging.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident‑diagnostic abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands.
