Corporate Tax Consultant – Private Clients

About the role

EY is seeking a Consultant to join its Private Tax team in Melbourne. You will work with a diverse portfolio of privately owned businesses, high‑net‑worth families and trusts, delivering tax, accounting and advisory services across the full business life‑cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and compliance services to privately owned corporate groups, families, trusts and other entities.
• Prepare financial reporting and tax filings for a range of clients, from start‑ups to established private enterprises.
• Support strategic planning and implementation of family governance frameworks and structures.
• Collaborate with managers and partners on complex tax issues and business advisory projects.
• Work across multiple projects simultaneously, serving entrepreneurial start‑ups, established businesses and high‑net‑worth individuals.
