Construction Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee the delivery of custom homes for Horizon Homes. The role involves managing multiple projects from ground works through to lock‑up, ensuring quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all on‑site construction activities for an average of four homes at a time.
• Manage trades, subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain quality control through regular inspections and ensure compliance with WHS requirements and building regulations.
• Liaise with clients throughout the construction process, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth project delivery and documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience supervising residential construction projects, preferably custom homes.
• Strong knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards and residential building practices.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Current White Card and a valid Driver’s Licence.
• Carpentry trade background preferred.
• Builder’s Licence or Certificate IV in Building preferred.
