Catering Assistant / Cook & Barista (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Catering Assistant who will also work as a Cook and Barista at our Berkeley Vale site. The role involves preparing food, serving beverages and providing friendly service to employees on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high‑quality meals, sandwiches and light snacks.
• Make a range of coffee beverages and support café operations.
• Provide counter service and ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and café.
• Assist with general kitchen duties, including stock rotation and basic food preparation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, café or food‑service environments.
• Barista experience with confidence preparing various coffee drinks.
• Positive attitude, strong customer‑service focus and ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Commitment to food safety and workplace hygiene standards.
