Business Development & Project Lead

About the role

Lumenesse & Co is looking for a Business Development & Project Lead to expand its client base and deliver tourism, marketing and strategy projects across Western Australia’s South West. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities and turning ideas into actionable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tourism and regional development sectors.
• Develop and nurture relationships with tourism operators, local governments, industry organisations and regional stakeholders.
• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of tourism, marketing and strategy projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects meet client expectations and generate positive community impact.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to shape service offerings.

Required profile

• Strong interest in tourism, regional development and marketing.
• Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in business development and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
