About the role

Daltech is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand new business and strengthen client relationships across the mining, civil and industrial sectors. The role offers high autonomy in a fast‑paced environment, focusing on growth and market share.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and win new business opportunities to increase market share.
  • Build and manage a CRM‑driven sales pipeline.
  • Develop proposals, tenders and scopes of work.
  • Manage and expand key client accounts.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Achieve revenue, margin and growth targets.
  • Represent Daltech at industry events and in the market.

Required profile

  • Proven business development or sales experience in heavy mining or plant machinery.
  • Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
  • Track record of meeting sales and revenue targets.
  • Highly organised with effective pipeline management.
  • Experience in mining, civil or heavy equipment sectors (preferred).
