Boutique Manager – Belconnen

About the role

L'Occitane En Provence is seeking an enthusiastic Boutique Manager to lead its Belconnen store. This full‑time position is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving sales and maintaining brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the highest level of guest service, measured against set objectives.
• Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Uphold brand visual merchandising and stock management guidelines.
• Prepare and submit weekly boutique performance reports.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze KPI data and report findings.
• Team‑player with a passion for motivating staff.
• Interest in skincare and beauty products is advantageous.
