Blade Repair Technician – Multiple Projects in Australia

About the role

Swire Energy Services is seeking experienced Blade Repair Technicians to join multiple upcoming wind projects across Australia. The role starts as soon as possible and involves hands‑on inspection, repair, and maintenance of turbine blades.

Key responsibilities

• Perform blade inspections and identify defects.
• Execute delamination repairs (Category 4‑5) and lightning‑strike damage remediation.
• Apply and repair Leading Edge Protection (LEP) systems.
• Operate lifts (Hailo or Avanti) where required.

Required profile

• Full working rights in Australia.
• GWO Blade Safety Training (BST) completed in Australia.
• GWO Blade Repair Training (BRT).
• IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3 rope‑access certification.
• Australian Confined Space certifications: RIIWHS202E, MSMPER205, MSMPER200.
• White Card (construction induction).
