About the role

HubSpot is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Inbound Sales Representative to join our high‑performing sales and service team in Sydney. This entry‑level position offers a fast‑track into a career in sales, providing the first point of contact for prospects and customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of product and sales inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
  • Conduct consultative pre‑qualification of prospects to feed HubSpot’s sales pipeline.
  • Identify and remove technical barriers, recommending best practices for HubSpot software.
  • Schedule quality appointments for inbound growth assessments with the appropriate sales specialists.
  • Deliver next‑step guidance or resources to support customers and users.
  • Collaborate across teams to continuously improve the customer experience.

Required profile

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude for using HubSpot software.
  • Passion for helping businesses grow and a genuine curiosity about technology.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a growth‑oriented attitude.
  • Interest in building a long‑term career in sales.
