Associate Dispenser – Part Time Retail Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Associate Dispenser to join our OPSM store in Joondalup. You will guide customers through the full optical journey – from initial consultation and pre‑testing to selecting and customizing high‑fashion frames from luxury brands.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer consultations and basic vision pre‑tests.
• Assist customers in choosing frames from brands such as Chanel, Gucci, Ray‑Ban, Oakley, Prada and others.
• Provide product information and recommend suitable lenses.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked retail environment.
• Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Retail experience – optical experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a quick learner.
• Passion for helping customers see clearly and enjoy high‑fashion eyewear.
