About the role
Snap Inc is seeking an Account Manager to join its Sydney team. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, partnering with key advertisers and agencies to drive performance on Snapchat’s advertising platform.
Key responsibilities
- Build, manage and grow relationships with key advertisers and their agency partners, helping them exceed performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with Client Partner, Marketing Science and Product teams to design insight‑driven digital campaigns.
- Manage complex projects that require cross‑functional coordination both internally and externally.
- Analyze campaign performance data, develop KPI‑based measurement strategies, optimise campaigns and identify upsell opportunities.
- Act as a product expert, educating clients and agencies on Snap’s advertising products and best‑practice optimisation techniques.
- Drive adoption of Snap’s self‑service platform and auction‑based tools, providing technical support and real‑time analysis.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of the biddable media and app measurement ecosystem.
- Existing relationships with marketing teams and agencies.
- 4+ years of experience in digital media, performance marketing, ad‑tech or programmatic real‑time bidding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
