WA Nature Campaigner

About the role

The Wilderness Society WA is looking for a passionate WA Nature Campaigner to help deliver strategic environmental campaigns across Western Australia, with a focus on the Northern Jarrah Forest and Kimberley regions. This full‑time, two‑year fixed‑term position works within a collaborative campaigns team to mobilise community support, influence decision‑makers and drive people‑powered environmental change.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of campaign strategies and priorities across WA.
• Assist with research, analysis and development of campaign materials.
• Contribute to tactics, advocacy activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Build relationships with community groups, supporters, alliances and partner organisations.
• Work with campaigners, organisers, communications and fundraising teams.
• Help with campaign communications, events and supporter engagement.
• Participate in stakeholder mapping, power analysis and campaign planning.
• Monitor campaign progress and support reporting activities.
