VET Trainer & Assessor – Multiple Disciplines

About the role

Join a rapidly growing Registered Training Organisation as a VET Trainer & Assessor, delivering high‑quality training across a range of specialised courses. You will support student success while ensuring compliance with ASQA standards and training package requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, student‑centred training and assessment sessions.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve competency outcomes.
• Participate in validation, moderation and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain accurate, compliant records of student progress and attendance.
• Stay current in your industry sector and pursue ongoing VET professional development.

Required profile

• TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher).
• Relevant vocational qualification at or above the level being taught for the chosen discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of recent professional experience in the relevant sector.
• Strong understanding of VET compliance requirements and RTO standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and digital literacy skills.
