Vehicle Technician – Service Center

About the role

As a Vehicle Technician you will uphold Tesla’s high service standards, delivering a flawless service experience to owners of Model S, Model X, Model 3 and future models. Working in a fast‑growing workshop, you will diagnose, repair and maintain electric vehicles while supporting the overall performance of the service centre.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections and repairs on Tesla vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues using advanced diagnostic scan tools.
• Service HVAC, hydraulic, brake and electronic systems, including module testing and repair.
• Document work performed and communicate findings to customers and team members.
• Contribute to workshop efficiency as volume increases with new product launches.

Required profile

• Qualified motor mechanic or Registered Vehicle Technician (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent).
• 2‑3 years of experience as a registered vehicle technician.
• Valid driver’s licence and appropriate insurance.
• Strong verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel interstate and internationally as needed.
