About the role
MyHoliday2 is seeking a full‑time Travel Advisor to join its on‑site team in Townsville, Queensland. You will help customers design and book personalized travel experiences, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the journey.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert travel consultation and answer customer inquiries.
- Design tailored itineraries that match client preferences and budgets.
- Coordinate with local operators to secure accommodations, activities, and transport.
- Manage bookings, payments, and documentation accurately.
- Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in travel arrangements and familiarity with travel‑agency workflows.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and industry standards; certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency with relevant software tools and quick adaptability to new systems.
- Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
