Trainer Electrical Supply Industry

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Supply Industry (ESI) Trainer to join our Sydney‑based training team. You will deliver high‑quality accredited and non‑accredited courses to students and professionals, supporting our client’s Registered Training Organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a range of ESI technical training, including ASQA‑accredited courses.
• Conduct training and assessment in blended, face‑to‑face and e‑learning formats.
• Teach national units of competency, focusing on refresher units from the UET training package.
• Ensure all training and assessment activities comply with RTO, client, industry and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an ESI trainer with a track record of delivering blended and online training.
• Background as a Subject Matter Expert for refresher units, familiar with VET/RTO and ASQA standards.
• Current electrical qualifications and a minimum TAE40116 Cert IV TAE, plus any required licences and insurance.

• Electrical Supply Industry technical knowledge.
• Training delivery across blended, face‑to‑face and e‑learning platforms.
• Competency assessment and validation.
• Understanding of ASQA and VET regulatory frameworks.
