About the role

Koenig Solutions is seeking motivated Australian nationals to join a structured upskilling program focused on AI, Microsoft Copilot, and broader Microsoft technologies. As a Trainee Trainer, you will develop the skills needed to deliver corporate training and eventually transition into a full‑time trainer position.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive trainer training curriculum covering AI and Microsoft solutions.
• Engage in hands‑on labs and real‑time scenario exercises.
• Conduct mock training sessions to build confidence and presentation skills.
• Assist senior trainers with preparation of training materials and delivery.
• Continuously assess personal progress and provide feedback to improve the program.

Required profile

• Australian national currently residing in Australia (no visa sponsorship).
• Recent graduate or professional with a technical background.
• Strong desire to learn and transition into a technical training career.
• Open‑minded, proactive, and comfortable with public speaking.

Required skills

• AI concepts and applications.
• Microsoft Copilot.
• Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365).
