Tech Lead – DevOps / Senior Azure DevOps

About the role

We are seeking a Tech Lead to drive our DevOps initiatives, focusing on Azure DevOps and cloud automation. The role combines hands‑on development with leadership, ensuring high‑quality software delivery across our Melbourne and Sydney teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain robust software applications.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the release process.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design and ship new features.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise application performance, reliability and scalability.
• Apply DevOps tools and best practices to streamline development workflows.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.
• 10‑15 years of software development experience with a strong DevOps focus.
• Proven track record of delivering projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
