Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator supports end‑to‑end logistics and supply‑chain activities, ensuring goods move efficiently across the network. You will act as the central hub for shipment planning, tracking, and documentation while collaborating with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and monitor inventory flow.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation and track delivery schedules.
• Identify and resolve delays, discrepancies, or transport disruptions.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives by spotting inefficiencies and assisting process optimisation.
• Ensure data accuracy in logistics systems and contribute to reporting on shipment performance, cost efficiency and KPIs.
• Serve as communication link between procurement, warehouse teams, carriers and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities with capacity to manage multiple workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail in documentation, data and scheduling.
• Analytical mindset to detect inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of transportation, warehousing and inventory coordination processes.
• Self‑motivated yet aligned with broader supply‑chain objectives.
