Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

Myriota is looking for a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to manage procurement, inventory, and fulfillment for its Edge Solutions division. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Finance team to keep the global hardware pipeline flowing smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements, obtain competitive supplier quotes, and generate purchase orders in partnership with Finance.
• Onboard new vendors, ensuring NDA compliance, required checks, and optimal Incoterms.
• Serve as the primary contact for suppliers, monitor lead times, and track deliveries to mitigate production risks.
• Maintain stock levels, conduct periodic physical counts, update inventory software, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound freight and outbound shipments with international forwarders, audit customs documents, and remove transit bottlenecks.
• Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly supply chain dashboards, including overdue order trackers and supplier performance metrics.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in inventory control, logistics coordination, or purchasing administration.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams, especially Finance/Accounts Payable.
• Experience working with local and international freight forwarders and handling shipping documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a detail‑oriented, organized approach.
