Software Engineer – Multiple Levels

About the role

UpGuard is looking for software engineers at multiple seniority levels to join its Product Engineering team. You will work on a Cyber Risk Posture Management platform that processes massive amounts of security data and helps organisations manage their attack surface.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver customer‑facing features.
• Own feature development from concept through production, ensuring high reliability and performance.
• Improve system scalability, concurrency handling, and overall architecture.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Explore the cybersecurity domain and stay current with emerging technologies such as AI and large language models.

Required profile

• 4+ years of engineering experience at technology‑focused, product‑driven companies.
• Strong curiosity about new technologies, especially AI and LLMs, to boost developer productivity and user experience.
• Experience building web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
