Social & Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Social & Digital Marketing Coordinator joins the Australian Marketing team of Royal Caribbean Group. The role supports digital projects focused on CRM planning, optimisation and website content for consumer, booked‑guest and loyalty audiences across Australia. You will help deliver personalised, engaging content through web and app channels to drive bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate digital marketing campaigns (creative and copy) across owned and paid channels including display, SEM, third‑party eDMs and the Royal Caribbean website.
• Brief the media agency and in‑house graphic design team on campaign assets, specifications and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Digital and the International Marketing team in Miami to ensure local optimisation of retail and brand campaigns.
• Support timely implementation of website updates such as pricing changes, testing opportunities and commercial needs.
• Monitor the Australian website for user‑experience issues and propose enhancements to meet AUNZ guest requirements.
• Develop and identify opportunities for localized website and eDM content that align with brand objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing campaign execution and coordination.
• Background in CRM planning, optimisation and audience segmentation.
• Experience managing website content for consumer and loyalty audiences.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams, agencies and international stakeholders.
