Site Supervisor – Relocate to Melbourne

About the role

Rokon, a leading civil contractor in Victoria, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join its Melbourne team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, on‑time and high‑quality delivery of assigned civil construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage allocation of plant, materials and labour to meet project timelines.
• Liaise with subcontractors and ensure works meet specifications.
• Enforce Rokon safety policies and procedures on‑site.
• Review project budgets and KPIs monthly, flagging issues to the Area Manager and Project Engineer/Manager.
• Conduct site audits, client meetings, sign‑offs, safety inspections and maintain required documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in civil construction, focusing on roads, residential and industrial subdivision works.
• Willingness to relocate to Melbourne.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Valid OH&S Induction (white) card and ability to complete a pre‑employment medical assessment.
