Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations on our construction sites across Sydney and throughout NSW. The role involves supervising subcontractors, coordinating trades, and ensuring that all work is carried out safely, on schedule and to the required specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct subcontractors and on‑site trades.
• Conduct site inductions and enforce WHS standards.
• Perform regular site inspections and promptly resolve issues.
• Liaise with project managers, clients and consultants to track progress.
• Manage materials, equipment and maintain accurate site records and reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote an inclusive team culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site management or foreperson/supervisor roles within commercial or industrial construction.
• Relevant trade qualification or degree/diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Current White Card and any additional site‑specific certifications (e.g., first aid, high‑risk work licences) are advantageous.
• Eligibility to work in Australia and availability for full‑time onsite work in Sydney.
