SEO Specialist

About the role

Jaywing is looking for a hands‑on SEO Specialist who enjoys diving into detail while expanding strategic expertise. You will support a portfolio of clients, delivering technical optimisation, content work, and off‑page activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with client goals.
• Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor analysis.
• Carry out comprehensive SEO audits (technical, content, off‑page, GEO) and implement improvements.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance metrics, providing regular reports.
• Support client communication through performance updates and clear insights.
• Collaborate with strategists and digital teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Stay current with SEO developments and AI‑led search, supporting Generative Engine Optimisation.
• Contribute to internal process improvements.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of SEO experience, preferably agency‑side.
• Solid understanding of technical, on‑page, and off‑page SEO.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive learning attitude.
