SEO Manager

About the role

Resolution Digital is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead the SEO strategy for a portfolio of clients in Sydney. You will shape and execute technical, content and link‑building initiatives while mentoring a growing team across Australia and overseas.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously optimise SEO strategies for existing and new clients.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to drive traffic, share of voice and sales outcomes.
• Maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients, delivering measurable value.
• Educate and mentor SEO specialists locally and nationally to strengthen the agency’s strategic advantage.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an SEO role, preferably within an agency environment.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, content optimisation, link building and e‑commerce dynamics.
• Ability to translate complex SEO concepts for stakeholders at all knowledge levels.
