Senior Sourcing Manager – Technology & Professional Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives for technology and professional services within a leading financial services organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will drive value, innovation and performance across the procurement function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities for Technology, Software, Hardware, IT Services, Telecommunications and Professional Services categories.
• Manage complex commercial negotiations and develop strategic supplier partnerships.
• Utilise market intelligence and data‑driven insights to optimise procurement outcomes and mitigate risk.
• Oversee contract management and supplier relationship management throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sourcing strategies with enterprise‑wide objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or category management.
• Strong expertise in technology‑related categories and professional services.
• Demonstrated success leading complex sourcing events and negotiations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into commercial insights.
• Experience working in a large, complex, regulated environment.
