Senior Real Estate Lawyer – Senior Associate (Brisbane)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join a top‑ranked real estate team in Brisbane. The role offers the chance to work alongside highly‑ranked partners on high‑profile domestic and international property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise major local and overseas property developers, investors, government agencies and real estate funds on complex real estate transactions.
• Handle a variety of transaction types, from single‑asset deals to multi‑jurisdictional portfolio and urban regeneration projects.
• Work across all asset classes including commercial office, logistics, retail, build‑to‑rent, hotels, social and affordable housing, infrastructure and renewable energy.
• Collaborate with national real estate practice teams and provide mentorship to junior lawyers.

Required profile

• Admission to practice law in Australia or New Zealand.
• 5+ years post‑admission experience in transactional real estate law at a reputable law firm.
• Demonstrable experience handling complex real estate transactions.
• Excellent academic record.
• Proactive team player with a positive outlook.
