Senior Manager / Associate Director Accountant – Fast Track to Equity

About the role

We are a well‑established two‑partner accounting firm seeking a Senior Manager or Associate Director to join our succession plan. You will take ownership of a $900k fee base and a loyal client portfolio that includes commercial businesses, investment entities and around 50 SMSFs, handling complex tax and advisory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Inherit and manage a $900k fee base across diverse client segments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial and investment clients.
• Collaborate closely with the partners on firm strategy and growth initiatives.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee the delivery of high‑quality tax and advisory services.
• Contribute to business development and succession planning activities.

Required profile

• Current Senior Manager or Associate Director level experience in accounting.
• Strong background in Business Services & Tax, including SMSF administration.
• Proven ability to manage client portfolios and mentor staff.
• Commercially minded with excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Motivated by a clear pathway to partnership and equity.
