Interbrand is seeking a highly reputable strategic leader to shape its discipline, business, and the future of brand building. As Senior Director, Strategy you will set the standard for thinking, working, and delivering iconic outcomes for top‑tier clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the most complex and strategically significant client engagements, often spanning multiple workstreams, geographies, and disciplines.
• Build and steward relationships with senior executives of the most important clients, acting as a trusted counselor to shape their strategic agenda.
• Collaborate with peers and the Chief Strategy Officer to define what strategy means at Interbrand and champion the firm’s point of view externally.
• Develop the next generation of strategists and drive the growth and reputation of Interbrand.

Required profile

• Proven strategic leadership experience at senior levels, capable of influencing senior client stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformational engagements and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Strong track record of developing talent and shaping strategic direction within a branding or consulting environment.
