About the role

Richard Clarkson Studio is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth in the Australian market. This remote, commission‑based position offers flexibility and requires strong communication and self‑management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the Australian market.
• Build and nurture relationships with interior designers, architects, and other potential clients.
• Manage the full sales process, from lead generation and cold calling to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the design team to present product offerings and customized solutions.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and sales abilities.
• Proven experience in outreach, lead generation, and cold calling.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Background in design, art, or furniture industries is a plus.
