About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Sales Representative to lead and grow our automotive refinish business across Victoria and Tasmania. Based at our Clayton headquarters, you will work autonomously to develop and execute strategic sales plans that increase market share for Bosch’s abrasive products.
Key responsibilities
- Business Development – Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across various segments, driving profitable growth and meeting sales targets.
- Account Management – Strengthen relationships with existing dealers and end‑users to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
- Technical Consultation – Analyse key end‑user applications and processes to provide tailored product recommendations.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in the automotive refinish industry.
- Proven ability to manage and expand a customer base across Victoria and Tasmania.
- Ability to work autonomously and develop strategic sales plans.
