Sales Order Management Specialist

About the role

Bosch Rexroth is looking for a proactive Sales Order Management Specialist to join its Kings Park team. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end order processing, ensuring that customer orders move smoothly from receipt through to delivery while coordinating with supply chain, production, sales and logistics functions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage open sales orders to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Create and manage intercompany purchase orders, supplier confirmations and in‑transit records in SAP.
• Coordinate overseas shipments, update ETA information and prepare documentation for goods receipt.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal teams to maintain strong relationships.
• Support urgent customer requests, resolve delays and identify alternative sourcing options.
• Communicate order status changes to customers and contribute to overall satisfaction.
• Maintain pricing, master data and order‑related information within SAP.
• Collaborate with demand planning, production, sales and service teams to achieve delivery targets.

Required profile

• Experience in sales order processing, supply chain, customer service or similar coordination roles.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and order fulfilment processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• SAP (supply chain, sales order management or purchasing modules).
• Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
