About the role
Join a high‑energy outbound team that turns warm opportunities into active customers for a leading music licensing organisation. You will engage inbound and warm leads via phone and email, following a structured multi‑touch cadence, and quickly learn how each business uses music to position the right solution.
Key responsibilities
- Engage inbound and warm leads through phone and email, following a multi‑touch cadence.
- Own daily activity targets and monthly revenue goals.
- Understand each client’s music usage and confidently pitch appropriate solutions.
- Maintain clean CRM pipelines, managing follow‑ups and conversions end‑to‑end.
- Collaborate with onboarding, analytics and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Required profile
- Early‑career sales professional eager to build momentum.
- Background in telesales, call centre, real estate, fundraising or other customer‑facing sales.
- Resilient mindset – handles objections and stays consistent under pressure.
- Performance‑driven – motivated by targets and bonus structures.
- Commercially motivated and coachable, seeking clear progression.
