About the role
The Sales Development Representative (AI) will support BytePlus’s growth in the Australian market by generating high‑quality sales leads for our Tech2B AI solutions. You will work closely with Marketing, Solution, and User Growth teams to identify market opportunities, qualify prospects, and build a robust pipeline for Account Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and grade sales leads from events, reports, blogs, and social media.
- Detect market opportunities and develop leads across all channels.
- Conduct outbound telesales calls and high‑level conversations with business owners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas for meetings generated and qualified opportunities.
- Distribute qualified leads to Account Executives in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Marketing, AEs, and Alliances teams to craft targeted messaging.
- Attend regular training and adopt proven selling methodologies.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in technology‑related business development, SDR, or lead generation.
- Comfortable with cold calling and delivering professional sales pitches.
- Metrics‑driven, goal‑oriented, and adaptable to change.
- Experience in a B2B environment, preferably with high‑tech products or services.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Passion for AI technology and experience in high‑growth or international markets (preferred).
