Sales Development Executive – Remote (Australia/New Zealand)

About the role

This remote Sales Development Executive position focuses on growing a portfolio of travel agency partners across Australia and New Zealand. You will convert new and inactive accounts into repeat bookers by delivering tailored outreach and early‑booking wins.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage new, inactive and under‑developed travel agencies with customized strategies.
• Onboard travel advisors, secure early bookings and build lasting momentum.
• Present TTC Tour Brands’ products, promotions and value propositions via phone and video.
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns using high‑intent leads from digital channels, webinars and CRM journeys.
• Maintain long‑term advisor loyalty through consistent follow‑up and brand‑aligned communication.
• Collaborate with field sales, national accounts and marketing to align outreach and identify joint opportunities.
• Share market intelligence and advisor feedback to shape broader sales strategy.

Required profile

• 2+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in travel trade or B2B2C.
• Proven outbound selling record with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Consultative selling ability and confidence influencing over phone and video.
• Understanding of travel advisor business models and revenue‑generating behaviours.
• Goal‑oriented, resilient and driven to exceed targets.
