As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to every customer who walks through the doors. This role blends a passion for fashion, a love of shopping and strong interpersonal skills to create an engaging, sales‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist shoppers in finding products that match their style and needs.
• Maintain store presentation standards and ensure merchandise is well‑stocked.
• Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
• Handle transactions accurately and process returns or exchanges.
