Sales and Admin Executive

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales and Admin Executive to support our Oceania team. In this role you will combine sales analysis, order management and administrative coordination to ensure smooth operations across retail and e‑retail channels.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse sales data using internal platforms and produce weekly and monthly reports for budgeting.
- Prepare, track and reconcile stock orders, POSM, uniforms and incentive orders against approved budgets.
- Coordinate with retailers, acting as the main point of contact for order tracking, invoice management and customer service.
- Support the creation of marketing, Gift‑With‑Purchase and sample plans for new launches and promotions.
- Maintain e‑retail platform updates, product catalogue, pricing and delivery information.
- Generate and process purchase orders in SAP and EFU, ensuring alignment with budgets and invoicing.
- Maintain AX warehouse files, create credit notes and assist with post‑campaign reporting.
- Provide ad‑hoc administrative support to the Marketing team and senior brand managers.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented individual with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work across multiple departments and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders.
