Room Attendant

About the role

As a Room Attendant at Mantra Aqueous, you will be a key member of the Housekeeping team, ensuring each guest room is spotless and welcoming. You will work in a vibrant holiday destination near the Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Rainforest, providing a high‑standard hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping surfaces.
• Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys with necessary supplies.
• Use cleaning materials safely and follow all safety protocols.
• Respect guest privacy and security at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus.
• Warm, welcoming communication style with guests and team members.
• Strong eye for detail and efficient time management.
• Physical ability to navigate stairs and walk between rooms.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
