Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

Join the Mantra Albury team as a Room Attendant and play a key part in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. You will ensure each guest room is spotless, comfortable, and ready for a memorable stay, while working in a vibrant, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including changing linens, sanitising bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in line with hotel guidelines.
• Restock and organise housekeeping trolleys with all necessary supplies.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, following all safety protocols.
• Respect guest privacy and security at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure a flawless guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus.
• Warm, welcoming communication style that makes guests and teammates feel at home.
• Strong eye for detail and efficient time‑management skills.
• Physically able to navigate stairs and walk between rooms throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
