Remote Teacher & Trainer – Flexible Client Support Role

About the role

We are seeking experienced teachers, educators or trainers to join our global personal development company in a remote client‑support and engagement role. You will guide adult business clients through our programs, using a step‑by‑step system and full training provided.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing and client interactions through our CRM.
• Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone and email, sharing program details (no cold calling).
• Build relationships and guide clients through structured processes.
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
• Organise your own schedule and workflow with support from the leadership team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years full‑time experience as a teacher, educator or trainer.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence using basic digital tools such as email, video calls and online forms.
• Self‑discipline, ability to work independently and a genuine interest in personal and professional growth.
• Fluency in English and residence in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the US, Canada or Europe.
