About the role

We are looking for a Remote Recruiter to join our global collaboration platform, RecXchange. You will work from anywhere, accessing live client vacancies and earning a placement fee of $3,000‑$11,000 for each successful hire.

Key responsibilities

• Browse and select active global vacancies on the RecXchange platform.
• Source, screen and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Submit candidates into ongoing hiring processes and track their progress.
• Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and placement outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an agency or freelance recruiter.
• Strong network of candidates across multiple industries.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet placement deadlines.
• Comfortable with remote, self‑managed work environments.
