About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Perth team and support the delivery of high‑quality homecare services. In this fast‑paced, people‑focused role you will manage the full recruitment cycle for support workers and occasional nursing staff, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Support Workers and nursing staff, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Screen, interview and verify candidate compliance.
• Partner with hiring managers to achieve recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Provide roster and scheduling support to maintain continuity of care.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to balance recruitment and scheduling in a dynamic environment.
