Recruitment Consultant & Team Lead – Construction (Permanent)

About the role

Fetch Recruitment is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to lead one of its top‑performing construction desks. The role combines full‑cycle recruitment responsibilities with the opportunity to step into a Team Lead position, overseeing client relationships and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture existing construction client relationships.
• Source, screen, and place permanent white‑collar construction candidates.
• Run a 360° recruitment desk, handling candidate sourcing, client management, and placement delivery.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective clients.
• Leverage Fetch’s 10+‑year database and networks to build talent pipelines.
• Maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates to ensure strong relationships and successful placements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in permanent or 360° recruitment, preferably within construction or a related white‑collar field.
• Proven track record of managing a recruitment desk and generating new business.
• Consistent billing history or strong sales performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑starter with a proactive, results‑driven approach.
