Recruitment Consultant – Real Estate & Construction

About the role

Gough Recruitment is seeking motivated Recruitment Consultants to join its national team focused on real estate, property, development and construction sectors. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment, leveraging industry knowledge to match top talent with leading businesses across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the client base through proactive business development.
• Source, assess and connect high‑quality candidates with opportunities in real estate, property, development and construction.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with interstate colleagues on national accounts and cross‑selling initiatives.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing team culture and achieve targets through commission and bonus structures.

Required profile

• Experience in real estate, property, construction or recruitment (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with a proven record of results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Confident negotiator and problem‑solver with a positive attitude.
