Recruiter – Singapore or Sydney

About the role

Gartner is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team, supporting either the Singapore or Sydney office. You will partner closely with hiring managers to source, assess and place high‑quality candidates across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and open requisitions.
• Develop deep understanding of hiring needs through strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Utilise a variety of recruiting channels and execute innovative sourcing strategies.
• Maintain candidate data in the sourcing and tracking database.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in corporate or agency recruitment.
• Business‑level proficiency in English.
• Proven direct‑sourcing and talent‑mapping abilities with measurable success.
• Track record of achieving metrics‑driven talent acquisition goals.
• Excellent time‑management, organisational skills and a results‑focused mindset.
