Receptionist (Perth)

About the role

Join the vibrant Perth Client Services Team as a Receptionist, working Mondays and Tuesdays. You will be the friendly face welcoming clients and visitors, setting a positive tone for every interaction and supporting the smooth operation of the office.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, staff and visitors, creating an upbeat atmosphere.
• Manage the reception inbox and coordinate communications efficiently.
• Maintain a tidy, presentable client floor area.
• Coordinate meeting‑room and event bookings using the EMS system, including AV and catering requirements.
• Provide Tier 1 AV support for meetings and events.
• Liaise with Client Services and practice groups to ensure meetings and events run smoothly.
• Order stock for the client floor and manage relationships with external suppliers.
• Place catering orders for meetings.
• Assist with taking and triaging calls for the National Switchboard.

Required profile

• Corporate reception experience is a plus, especially within professional services.
• Positive attitude with strong customer‑service focus.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to help others, keep tasks moving and prioritise effectively.

Required skills

• Basic AV support (Tier 1).
• Proficiency with a booking system (EMS).
• Reception inbox and phone switchboard handling.
